Meet your Coach!

Late-diagnosed AuDHDer. Authentic. No BS. Funny AF. Chaos Untangler Extraordinnaire.

Let’s be real — you didn’t stumble here by accident. Part of you is tired of pretending everything’s fine. You’re craving insight, space, and someone who actually gets it. That’s where I come in.

I’m also a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman, which means I know what it’s like to spend most of your life thinking something is wrong with you. Spoiler alert: nothing is wrong with you. The world just isn’t built for neurodivergent brains, and that’s okay.

These little cutie pies and their mama often hang out with me in the back yard.

A little about me (the real, human version)

I’ve spent the past 20 years coaching and supporting people through real life — not just the polished parts. I’ve worked with humans from birth through end of life, which means I’ve seen people at their bravest, messiest, funniest, and most tender.

I’m also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist and the owner of Wild Lotus Therapy.

In this space, I show up as a coach, not a therapist.

Outside of sessions, I’m very much a real person with a rich inner (and outer) world.

I love yoga — the grounding kind, not the performative kind. I love being in the forest so much that deer will sometimes just… walk up to me. (Still feels a little magical every time.)

I’m deeply intuitive -

…the kind of intuitive that many neurodivergent women recognize immediately. I read tarot and oracle cards, I’m obsessed with the moon, and I trust subtle patterns and timing as much as logic.

I’m drawn to anything creative. I read good books, write poetry, make art when words aren’t enough, and lose track of time doing it.

I love long drives on open roads with the music up — the kind that clears your head brings you back to your center when the world feels like chaos.

Coaching isn’t about me giving you answers.
It’s about helping you hear yourself clearly, trust your own instincts, and create a life that actually works for you.
And yes, we can do it with a little humor, a lot of honesty, and maybe even some tarot cards if that’s your jam.
